Classes – Mondays in person and Wednesdays via Zoom

Back to Chinnor Village Hall on Monday 7th June. At Last!

  • Chinnor Village Hall: 11 – 12.30 and 1.30  – 3pm
  • A lovely bright room.  Capacity will have to assessed in regard to social distancing when classes resume.

  • The 11 am class is a mixed ability class but by keeping the numbers low I can differentiate my teaching so as to help those with specific concerns.
  •  
  • The 1.30 pm class is good for beginners to yoga . Being a small class, I can plan for students who may have an injury or be recovering from injury. in my experience,  a small group allows students to feel more confident which helps them to ask questions and to ask for help.  In this way, learning is a more nourishing experience.

The Virtual class on Wednesday provides a convenient way to practice yoga with a teacher twice a week, to practice in the comfort of your own home, to maintain practice if unable to attend the Monday Sessions,  Hopefully, this flexibility will be a positive aspect of our “changed habits” during the past year.

**Wear comfortable clothing.  A blanket/cushion helps to protect knees and is useful for the final relaxation.
