My focus is upon yoga that helps me to move with a sense of ease, both on and off the yoga mat ; to feel comfortable in my body and about myself.
We “wear” our life and our lifestyle in our body. The tensions that we pick up along the way often stay with us, become habitual and can lead to imbalances, injury and perhaps a feeling of being “out of step”. I am very curious for new understanding about movement, wellness and mindfulness.
